Doug Hinson served as co-chair of this conference sponsored by the American Conference Institute. He was a featured panelist during the session "An Update on Stock Drops, the §404(c) Safe Harbor Provision, New Theories Surrounding Investment Decisions and Emerging Issues in Securities Litigation." Doug spoke on the topic of "Disclosure Claims in ERISA Employer Stock Litigation." He also moderated a moot court panel of federal district court judges on the topic of a motion to dismiss a 401k fee case.
