Duncan Douglass will speak on the panel "Where Policy Intersects Payments" at the Merchant Advisory Group (MAG) 2018 Annual Conference.
The panelists will provide an update on recent legislative and court developments along with an overview of the specific legislative and regulatory policies that are in play this year for the payments industry, such as financial regulatory reform, the future of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, how non-bank FinTech companies may be brought into the regulatory sandbox, data security policy, and more.
The Merchant Advisory Group (MAG) was founded in 2008 by a small visionary group of merchants in the payments field dedicated to driving positive change in payments through multi-stakeholder collaboration. MAG represents over 130 of the largest U.S. merchants.
