Giftco Structures: Holder Implications in the Wake of the Overstock Decision

The practice of using giftco structures is up for discussion again, as a Delaware court recently found Overstock.com guilty of failing to report nearly $3 million in unredeemed gift card balances through the use of a gift card structure.
