Paul Monnin and Cara Peterman will speak at the 27th Annual Securities Litigation and Regulatory Practice seminar hosted by the Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE). This seminar will focus on recent securities litigation and enforcement developments and features an interactive tabletop data breach exercise covering a realistic cyber attack and best practices for an effective response strategy. Paul, a seminar co-chair, will moderate the sessions “International Enforcement/FCPA/White Collar Developments” and “Meet Your Local SEC.” Cara will speak during the “Securities Litigation Update” session.
