Bo Phillips will be co-chairing the 2020 Consumer Class Action Litigation Conference, hosted by Bridgeport Continuing Education.
Bridgeport’s Annual Consumer Class Action Conference explores the ever-changing landscape of consumer class actions. This year’s program will include a review of three cases pending before the Supreme Court that will affect class action litigation; a one-year review of how the Supreme Court’s decision in Bristol-Myers Squibb is impacting multistate and nationwide class actions; standing issues in class actions; and standards for evaluating expert evidence at the class certification stage after Sali v. Corona Regional Medical Center.
