Sam Jockel will be speaking at the 2020 American Agricultural Law Association Annual Symposium. The symposium is attended by private practice attorneys and in-house counsel at USDA-regulated businesses and includes five tracks: food law, in-house/corporate counsel, new practitioner, policy, and private practitioner.
Sam’s presentation, “National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standard: Compliance Considerations for the Ag Industry” will explore the regulatory and compliance considerations food manufacturers must consider for bioengineered food disclosure.
