James Abe will moderate a discussion on “Japanese and US Perspectives on Trade Secrets.” The joint virtual event between the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) IP Practice in Japan Committee, the Japanese Patent Attorneys Association, and International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) Japan and will focus on trade secret matters concerning the United States and Japan.
