While most of us have honed a few coping skills for trying times, many of us are finding our skill set lacking during the pandemic—the changes so numerous and the unknowns so vast. As we move forward, a resilient mindset may be the commodity that allows us to stay afloat mentally, emotionally, and financially in turbulent waters. In this interactive presentation—steeped in the neurobiology of resilience—participants will learn how to cultivate a mindset that supports them in recovering from the repercussions of the pandemic. Participants will learn and engage a six-step resilience-building process that builds a resilient mindset both professionally and personally. At the end of the session, you will have a process you can use personally, at work with team members, or at home with family that allows you to stay buoyant and come back stronger in the upcoming months. There will be opportunity for questions, sharing, and connecting throughout the webinar. An article illustrating the Resilient Mindset process will be distributed to all participants.
