David Godofsky will speak at this conference hosted by the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (CCA).
David will moderate two sessions:
- Litigation Update: The speakers review recent court decisions, ongoing litigation, and complaints filed that could impact defined benefit plans or pension actuaries.
- Ethics: Panelists and audience members discuss solutions to difficult ethical situations faced by actuaries in their day-to-day practices, including honesty in marketing, disagreements among actuaries, difficult clients, and conflicts of interest.
