Paul Monnin will co-chair the 29th Annual Securities Litigation and Regulatory Practice seminar hosted by the Atlanta Bar Association on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Cara Peterman will be a featured panelist during the session “Securities Litigation, Including Views from the Bench.”
Featuring remarks from senior SEC officials, as well as panels comprised of leading business court judges, and members of the securities litigation bar, and in-house legal and compliance officials, the seminar will cover a range of topics critically relevant to corporate counsel, compliance professionals, securities litigators, and others. Speakers will cover recent enforcement actions, SEC enforcement priorities for 2023 and beyond, best practices in defending against enforcement actions, and tips for success in civil, criminal and administrative securities litigation.
