Andy Howard will speak on the panel “The Infrastructure Pie – Who’s Getting Fed?” at this conference sponsored by the American Bar Association's Forum on Construction Law section. This panel will feature a discussion of the Build Back Better Infrastructure Bill, including how these dollars have been funded and what sort of projects have come out of the focus on infrastructure.
The conference will address how age-old problems can be solved with new techniques and approaches, and recent developments impacting the construction industry, and appeal to both a litigation and transactional practice of all experience levels.
