Joey Burby and Paul Monnin will speak at this two-day conference hosted by the American Bar Association.
Joey Burby will be speaking in “Voluntary Disclosures: Now and Going Forward” panel. This session will examine several new policies announced by the Garland Administration that reward corporations and individuals for timely, voluntary self-disclosure of wrongdoing by executives and employees to the Department of Justice.
Paul Monnin will be speaking in the “Securities Fraud - New Priorities and Expectations” panel and his session will cover recent trends in securities enforcement, including the government’s agenda with respect to financial fraud generally and in the capital markets, SPACs, ESG disclosures for public issuers and asset managers, retail trading platforms, and corporate disclosures regarding cyber breaches.
