Alston & Bird Trial Practice Partners Bill Humphreys, Richard Hays and Gerry Mize published an article in the July/August issue of Year/2000 Journal. The article, "Facing the Certainty of Year/2000 Litigation," suggests actions to take now that will ease the problems that the Year 2000 technological malfunctions may cause. The article states that "a claim for a loss resulting from the Year/2000 problem....will face numerous obstacles."
