In its 1999 Book of Lists, published on December 24, 1999, the Atlanta Business Chronicle ranks Alston & Bird #1 among "Atlanta's Top 25 Law Firms." The ranking is based on the number of attorneys in Atlanta, per firm. When data was collected for the report, Alston & Bird's Atlanta office included 367 attorneys. Currently, the Firm has 475 attorneys in its four offices in Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Charlotte, and the Research Triangle area in Raleigh, North Carolina.
