ERISA Litigation Attorney Successfully Defends Actuary in Ethics Investigation

David Godofsky, a member of Alston & Bird's ERISA Litigation Group and formerly a practicing Enrolled Actuary, recently defended a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries charged with several ethical violations in an action before the Actuarial Board for Counseling and Discipline. The complaint was dismissed with no disciplinary action.
