Mark Calloway Quoted in Chicago Tribune

Mark Calloway is quoted in the article Andersen's Appeal Has Rapt Audience." Mr. Calloway participated in a panel discussion on the Anderson case which is scheduled to go before the U.S. Supreme Court on April 27th as the accounting firm aims to overturn the criminal conviction that led to its collapse in the wake of the Enron scandal. Mr. Calloway stated "there is nothing improper in the routine and regular destruction of documents. Lawyers will be at risk if the destruction is haphazard, as the government alleged in the Andersen case."
