Laura Thatcher Chairs Board of Review of CEPI Research Project for Equity Grant Practices

Partner Laura Thatcher, who serves on the Advisory Board of the Certified Equity Professional Institute of Santa Clara University (CEPI) , has been appointed to chair the board of review of a research study led by CEPI in the area of equity grant practices.  The initial three-phase "white paper," called GPS (Guidance/Procedures/Systems), provides industry standards for risks and controls associated with the grant and exercise of stock options.  The white papers are now being submitted for public comment and have received considerable interest and positive comment from all quarters of the industry.  Visit the CEPI Web site to read and comment on the publication: http://cepi.scu.edu/GPS.htm
