Alston & Bird Among Top Ten Law Firms in IP Law & Business ITC Annual Survey

Alston & Bird was again listed in IP Law & Business magazine’s ITC Survey, which ranks law firms by the number of new cases filed in the ITC for which they were named counsel. This is the second year in a row that the ITC Practice has received this recognition. Additionally, in 2008, Alston & Bird clients have achieved success in five separate Section 337 investigations.
