Nanci Weissgold, partner in Alston & Bird’s Financial Services & Products Group and co-leader of the Consumer Finance Regulatory Compliance team, has been selected as a Fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers.
Weissgold advises financial institutions and financial service providers on issues relating to mortgage lending and mortgage servicing, valuation and other consumer lending issues as part of her national regulatory compliance practice. She recently authored the Mortgage Banker Association’s treatise on the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Servicing Standards.
