For the third consecutive year, Alston & Bird has earned WorldatWork’s “Work-Life Seal of Distinction,” the only AmLaw 100 firm to be honored among more than 100 employers recognized nationally for their approach to employee engagement and success in creating a positive work environment.
Created in 2012, the award identifies organizations that are “demonstrating that employee engagement and work-life effectiveness is a business imperative.” It measures organizations’ work-life programs, policies and practices that meet the needs and challenges facing employees today, including dependent care, flexibility, paid and unpaid time off, workforce experience and engagement, health and wellness, financial support and education and community involvement.
