Partner Adam Biegel, co-leader of Alston & Bird’s Antitrust Team, has been honored by the American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Law Section with its “Outstanding Performance Award.” He was nominated by Dina Kallay, Head of Antitrust at Ericsson.
Adam also serves as co-chair of the Section’s In-House Counsel Task Force. He has been prominent in the antitrust bar for many years, having served previously on the Section’s Council, and as co-chair of its Corporate Counseling Committee, Long Range & Strategic Planning Committee, and Spring Meeting, the largest competition and consumer protection conference in the world.
With more than two decades of experience in spotting trends and providing practical risk counseling, Adam regularly represents clients before the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general, and in federal courts.
Adam was honored on November 9 at the Antitrust Section’s Fall Forum conference in Washington, D.C.
