Brandon Abrams is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Brandon focuses on solving complex antitrust and competition law issues for clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on merger clearance, litigation, and counseling.
Before joining the firm, Brandon was an associate in another international law firm’s antitrust and competition group. Brandon also gained practical experience as a legal intern for the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Competition, and as a law clerk in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Brandon earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While there, he served as senior editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law, was an oralist for the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, and received a certificate in management from The Wharton School. Brandon earned his A.B., magna cum laude, from Rollins College in philosophy and international relations.
