Adam is an associate in Alston & Bird's Intellectual Property Litigation group. Before joining the firm, Adam clerked for the Hon. Rodney Gilstrap in the Eastern District of Texas where he worked on multiple cases in various stages of litigation, including several patent jury trials, pre-trial conferences, and Markman hearings.
Adam received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Southern Methodist University and served as an articles editor for the Science & Technology Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree, with honors, in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
