Grace Assaye represents clients across multiple industries, such as telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and media and entertainment. Before joining the firm, Grace was an associate at a New York law firm, where she engaged in high stakes trial and appellate litigation in state and federal court.

Grace graduated with her J.D. from Columbia University, where she served as the managing editor of Columbia Law Review and was a semifinalist in the Harlan Fiske Stone Moot Court Competition. Grace earned her B.S. in biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
