Allison Beachy is an associate in the Finance Group. She represents leading financial institutions offering corporate trust services in structured finance transactions. Before joining Alston & Bird, Allison worked at a Big Four accounting firm as a tax associate where she advised multinational companies on the tax implications surrounding various types of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and debt restructurings.
Allison earned her J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University’s College of Law and a L.L.M. in taxation from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. She earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Miami. She completed summer internships and an externship with various sports entities, including the International Speedway Corporation in Daytona, FL, the University of Miami Athletic Department, and the Charlotte Hornets.
