Craig Bernesser is a senior attorney in the Finance Group and focuses his practice on mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitizations and representing major financial institutions offering corporate trust and other services in structured finance transactions. He represents major financial institutions in their roles as trustee, master servicer, securities administrator, and custodian. Craig has counseled clients with transactional, bankruptcy, and litigation issues. He also has experience in civil litigation, regulatory investigation, and defense matters, with numerous awards at trial, arbitration, and mediation.
Craig received his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and his B.S./B.A. from Boston University School of Management in accounting.
