• Represented a commercial bank in a $870 million syndicated senior secured credit facility comprised of a revolver, term loan and letters of credit to a maritime/shipping company.
• Represented an alternative lender in a $80 million syndicated senior secured credit facility to an automobile manufacturing company.
• Represented a commercial bank in a $400 million syndicated senior secured credit facility comprised of a revolver, term loan and a delayed draw term loan to a mid-stream oil and gas company.
• Represented an oilfield services company in connection with two secured ABL revolving facilities and a secured term loan facility, with the three loans totaling $320 million.
• Represented a private equity firm in a $41 million note-on-note loan facility to an alternative lender to finance the purchase of a distressed note secured by senior living condos in Florida.

Jalee Blackwell represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of debt financings, including syndicated finance, asset-based lending, private credit, private bank loans, acquisitions and leveraged finance, cross-border finance, distressed debt, secured and unsecured loans, and mezzanine finance.

Jalee often advises private equity firms, commercial banks, and alternative lenders, as well as borrowers in various industries including oil and gas, maritime and shipping, and consumer retail.
