• Defeated class certification on behalf of a major pharmacy benefit manager in a complex putative class action relating to EpiPen pricing.
• Represented a multinational company and its foreign subsidiary in investment treaty and contract disputes.
• Represented a global investment firm in a commercial arbitration challenging two governments’ terminations of a railway concession.
• Represented clients, including several health care service providers and a professional services firm, in appeals before the Sixth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

David Boyer represents clients in litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as arbitration. His practice focuses on health care, cybersecurity, and commercial disputes involving complex contractual issues, fraud, RICO, antitrust, and consumer protection statutes.

David joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Clay D. Land in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
