David Boyer is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. He focuses on providing clients with a range of commercial litigation services. Before joining the firm, David served as a law clerk for the Hon. Clay D. Land in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
David received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, David was an editorial board member and executive board member of the Georgia Law Review, as well as a teaching assistant. David also worked as a judicial intern for the Hon. Leigh Martin May for the Northern District of Georgia.
David received his M.Ed. from the University of Georgia. Between earning his master’s and bachelor’s degrees, David taught English in Mississippi through Teach for America. David received his B.A. in English and his B.A. in history with a minor in business from Indiana University.
