• Represented a global satellite-based communications company in senior secured DIP facilities to finance business operations during its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
• Represented a major financial institution as the administrative agent, joint bookrunner, and joint lead arranger in a $1.5 billion unsecured term facility for a multinational food producer.
• Represented a leading China-focused private equity firm in a secured subscription facility and a senior secured revolving subscription facility.

Kyle Brumm is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Finance Group. He represents borrowers and lenders in a variety of debt financings, including complex term loans, asset-based loan transactions, revolving loan facilities, and large cross-border loan facilities.

Kyle earned his J.D. in 2019 from the University of Virginia Law School, where he served as a senior editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law and as a vice chair of programming of the Lambda Law Alliance. He earned his B.S. cum laude from Cornell University in 2016 with a major in applied economics & management.
