Kyle Ceuninck has experience across multiple facets of intellectual property including patent infringement litigation, trademark litigation, trade secret misappropriation, copyright litigation, and USPTO proceedings spanning all stages of a litigation, from pre-suit investigations all the way through trial and on appeal.
Kyle earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida and graduated with a certificate in intellectual property law. While in law school, Kyle was a fellow for the University of Florida’s technology licensing office, UF Innovate, where he assisted with patentability opinions, licensing of university technology, and material transfer agreements.
