• Counsel for the plaintiff in obtaining ex parte seizure orders and preliminary injunctions against defendants engaged in the sale of counterfeit goods (M.D. Fla.).

• Represented a retailer in a patent infringement action relating to mobile app rewards systems (E.D. Tex.).
• Represented an international process equipment manufacturer in an assertion of patents against their competitor (D. Or.).

Kyle Ceuninck has experience across multiple facets of intellectual property including patent infringement litigation, trademark litigation, trade secret misappropriation, copyright litigation, and USPTO proceedings spanning all stages of a litigation, from pre-suit investigations all the way through trial and on appeal.

Kyle earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida and graduated with a certificate in intellectual property law. While in law school, Kyle was a fellow for the University of Florida’s technology licensing office, UF Innovate, where he assisted with patentability opinions, licensing of university technology, and material transfer agreements.
