Alison Davis is a senior associate with the Intellectual Property – Patent Group. She has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for various industries and technologies, including aerospace, gas turbine engines, drive train technology, hybrid electric technology, aircraft control laws, composites, additive manufacturing, electro-machining, and software.

Before joining the firm, she worked as a patent attorney for a Fortune 500 company. Her in-house experience focused on invention harvesting, patentability and freedom-to-operate analysis, and patent marking for rotorcraft technologies.

Alison earned her J.D. at Texas A&M University while serving on the Texas A&M Law Review. She received her B.S. in computer science from Texas Tech University.
