Blake Davis focuses his practice on handling complex commercial litigation, appeals, and government investigations. He has represented clients before federal trial and appellate courts in cases involving constitutional law, healthcare, antitrust, RICO, ERISA, the False Claims Act, and various state tort issues.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Blake served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Robert J. Luck of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Hon. Allen C. Winsor of the Northern District of Florida.
Blake earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was honored as a member of the Order of the Coif and was editor in chief of the Wake Forest Law Review. During law school, he also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Paul M. Newby of the Supreme Court of North Carolina.
