Jerome Felton advises financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, capital-raising activities, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
Before attending law school, Jerome spent nine years in the NFL, earning Pro Bowl honors in 2013. While still playing, he pursued and completed his Executive MBA. After retiring in 2017, Jerome owned and operated a restaurant and later served as a personnel and operations consultant for the NFL Alumni Academy during its debut year.
