Srishti “Maddie” Ghosh assists clients with complex patent and trademark disputes and has extensive experience with intellectual property issues in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, computer hardware, and software. Before joining the firm, Maddie served as a law clerk for the Pima County Attorney’s Office as well as for a large American technology company where she gained experience drafting motions and responses, conducting legal research, and assessed potential intellectual property enforcement targets.
While earning her J.D. from University of California Davis, Maddie was a member of the UC Davis Law Review and the president of the King Hall Intellectual Property Law Association. Maddie earned her bachelor’s in sociology and psychology, with honors, from Ohio State University.
