• Representing the defendant in a patent infringement action involving ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers. DSM IP Assets, B.V. v. Honeywell International Inc., No. 23-675 (D. Del.).
• Representing the respondent in an ITC investigation involving various computing technologies. Certain Electronic Computing Devices and Components Thereof, Inv. No. 337-TA-1382 (ITC).

Lauren Griffin represents clients in complex patent litigation matters before district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission, with a particular emphasis on patent cases dealing with internet of things and computing. Lauren also served a three-year secondment with a multinational engineering corporation, giving her substantial insight into patent portfolio management and strategy. Before joining the firm, Lauren was a scientist for a multinational life sciences company where she developed in-house immunochemical products.

Lauren received her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law. She received her M.A. in biology, cellular and molecular regulation from St. Louis University, and her B.S. in biochemistry from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
