Roby Jernigan focuses his practice on handling commercial litigation matters. Before joining the firm, Roby served as law clerk to the Hon. Lisa Godbey Wood of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Georgia.
Roby earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was an editorial board member of the Georgia Law Review and chairman of the UGA Law Moot Court Executive Board. As a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic, he argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit on behalf of a client’s Eighth Amendment rights.
