• Represented a national lender in the origination of a $370 million syndicated loan secured by 30 limited-service hotels.
• Represented a regional lender in the origination of a $91 million construction loan for a 31-story multifamily project in Philadelphia.
• Represented a national lender in the origination of a $175 million unsecured revolving credit facility to a homebuilder with operations in the Southeast United States.
• Represented a developer in obtaining acquisition and construction financing for a build-to-suit manufacturing and distribution facility in West Point, GA.

Nate Jester advises real estate developers and real estate investment funds on financing, general real property matters and the acquisitions and dispositions of industrial, multifamily, single-family, office, and retail projects. He has experience representing regional and national lenders in a variety of real estate secured lending scenarios, including multifamily, homebuilder, industrial, health care, office, and retail.

Nate serves on the board of directors of the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, Inc., a nonprofit that advocates for, finances, and develops affordable housing in the Atlanta area, and on the board of directors of BLKHLTH, a nonprofit focused on advancing health equity in Black communities.

Before beginning his law career, Nate graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and served on active duty as a U.S. Marine Corps infantry officer. In this role, his experiences ranged from commanding operational units in the U.S. and on overseas deployments, to overseeing the training of Marine recruits in San Diego.
