Laura Komarek represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on antitrust cases in the food & beverage, and agriculture sectors. Laura has represented clients in cases alleging horizontal and vertical conspiracies, unilateral monopolistic conduct, and a variety of other traditional and novel antitrust theories. Laura is recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch” for Commercial Litigation.
Laura received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was awarded Best Oralist. During law school, Laura served as a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Louisiana and for the Hon. Paul A. Magnuson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Laura was also a law clerk for the general counsel of the Minnesota Vikings.
An All-American athlete in college, Laura is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Trinity College, with honors in political science. At Trinity College, she was twice awarded Top Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Before law school, Laura spent two years as a special education teacher with Teach For America in New Orleans.
