Neal Larson is a senior associate with Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. He has litigated a variety of complex intellectual property and business disputes. With experience in both developing patent portfolios and assessing patent value, Neal excels at using each patent’s unique history to protect his clients in litigation. Neal represents clients in cases related to computer technologies, semiconductor technologies, and software.

Neal earned his J.D. from Duke University after receiving a B.S., cum laude, in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University.
