Kwok Lee is a registered patent agent with experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications primarily in the fields of artificial intelligence, computer architecture, computer networking, e-commerce, internet search and advertising, operating systems, social networking, telecommunications, and virtual/augmented reality. He also has experience engaging in patent examiner interviews, analyzing validity and potential infringement of patents, evaluating patent portfolio assets and conducting prior art searches for potential new patent applications or infringement analysis.

Before becoming a patent agent, Kwok was a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he reviewed patent applications related to operating systems, process and thread scheduling, priority scheduling, and multitasking. Kwok received his B.E. in computer engineering from Stony Brook University.
