Claire Lieberman is an associate in the Finance Group on the Corporate Trust, Agency & Asset Servicing Finance Team. She represents leading financial institutions offering corporate trust services in capital markets and structured finance transactions.
Claire earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, with high honors, where she was a notes editor for the First Amendment Law Review and a competing member of the Holderness Moot Court Negotiations Team. She is a member in the Order of the Coif. Claire received her B.A., with distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in history, with a minor in chemistry.
