Deyvid Madzharov is a senior associate with the Corporate Debt Finance Team. Deyvid represents banks, sponsors, corporate borrowers, and other financial lending institutions in transactions and debt financing.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Deyvid practiced commercial finance law at a nationally recognized firm based in Atlanta. He earned his J.D., with honors, from the Emory University School of Law, where he was an articles editor of the Emory Law Journal and elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he earned the Transactional Law and Skills Certificate. Deyvid earned his B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from Georgia State University.
