Brennan Mancil focuses his practice on handling complex commercial litigation matters and appeals. Before joining the firm, Brennan clerked for the Hon. John K. Bush of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Hon. Clay D. Land of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
Before attending law school, Brennan worked as a legislative affairs analyst at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He serves as a military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army Reserve.
Brennan earned his J.D., with high honors and Order of the Coif, from Emory University School of Law. He served as an executive managing editor of the Emory Law Journal and vice president of the Emory Federalist Society. During law school, Brennan interned for Justices Nels S.D. Peterson and Sarah H. Warren of the Georgia Supreme Court and for former Solicitor General Andrew A. Pinson at the Georgia Office of the Attorney General. He earned degrees in political science and international affairs, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
