Gina Masterson is counsel on Alston & Bird’s Finance Team. She focuses on advising financial institutions on a wide variety of capital market transactions, including structured finance, debt offerings and commercial real estate lending.
Gina represents corporate trust clients in CLOs and other asset-backed securitizations, project finance transactions and corporate debt issuances. She has represented institutional lenders and servicers in the origination and servicing of commercial real estate loans. Before joining Alston & Bird, Gina practiced law in Colorado, where she served as associate general counsel for MONY Life Insurance Company and as of counsel with two firms in the Western U.S.
