Brent Modak focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters. Brent previously worked as a legal intern to the Social Security Administration Office of General Counsel.
Before becoming a lawyer, Brent worked in business development and as a middle school and high school teacher.
Brent received his J.D. form Emory University School of Law. While in law school, Brent served as a Dean’s Teaching Fellow and research assistant. He also earned a M. Ed. and B.A. in political science and theology from the University of Notre Dame.
