Roya Naghepour focuses her practice on handling commercial litigation matters. Before joining the firm, Roya served as a law clerk to the Hon. Andrew A. Pinson of the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Hon. Lisa Godbey Wood of the Southern District of Georgia.
Roya earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. While there, she served as notes editor for the Georgia Law Review, was a Dean’s Ambassador, and a member of the Moot Court team, winning the 2021 Hulsey Gambrell Moot Court Competition. Roya was also a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she became the first law student in the court’s history to argue before the Georgia Court of Appeals in a case involving a DeKalb County ordinance that increased the salaries of county governing authority members.
Roya also earned her A.B. from the University of Georgia, where she majored in political science and minored in communication studies.
