Kaitlin Owen is a senior associate with Alston & Bird’s Labor & Employment Group. She focuses her practice on advising and supporting employers in multiple facets of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters in both federal and state courts.
In addition to her court experience, clients come to Kaitlin for risk assessment on a variety of employment issues as well as insight on the development of company policy, including employee handbooks, executive compensation agreements, and personnel policies.
Before becoming an attorney, Kaitlin served as an extern for the Honorable John A. Kronstadt of the Central District of California and the Honorable Gregory W. Alarcon on the Stanley Mosk Court.
