Wes Settle is the assistant director of innovation solutions in Alston & Bird’s Practice Innovation group, a team of highly skilled engineers, developers, and trainers that evaluates, designs, and implements technology solutions to meet client and attorney needs. Wes began his career working with legal software more than 20 years ago and has more than 18 years of experience designing and implementing software to solve complex business problems. He crafts results to improve process and provide better collaboration and transparency.
Wes leads a team of developers and implementers who create outcomes that work for all parties. The team works directly with attorneys and our clients to assess need, discuss design and functionality, and then build a product that will work to allow seamless collaboration within the legal team. This team is also responsible for the firm’s extranets and other solutions.
Wes brings a passion for technology and solutions that assist in the business of law. He uses his skills and knowledge to evaluate the requirements and needs of the client and design and develop solutions that add value and provide business results.
