Oliver Sherman is a member of Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. He represents clients in complex litigation with experience working with clients across several sectors, including representing global property and casualty insurers in complex and high-stakes coverage actions. Oliver has experience in consumer class actions, insurance, and coverage issues under commercial general liability policies. He has represented clients across multiple jurisdictions and defended them in high-stakes actions that included investigations commenced by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice.
Oliver earned his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Boston University in business administration.
