Kirby Shilling is an associate in the Finance Group, on the Structured & Warehouse Finance Team. She represents lenders, borrowers, issuers, and originators in the securitization and financing of various asset classes in the structured finance market.
Kirby earned her J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law, where she served as the notes and articles editor for the Fordham IP, Media, and Entertainment Law Journal, and was a staff member for the Fordham Corporate and Financial Law Journal. Kirby received her B.A. in classics and government from Smith College.
